Abstract：
中职学生的优势能力是指在长期的学习过程中形成的，并且能够在工作、生活、学习等方面发挥积极作用的一种综合能力。培养中职学生的优势能力，对于提高其职业素养、促进其职业发展、培养其可持续发展能力具有重要意义。基于此，本文首先从理论上阐述了中职学生优势能力的内涵，并从社会、学校、家庭等方面分析了中职学生优势能力培养存在的问题；然后分析了中职学生优势能力培养存在问题的原因；最后提出了加强中职学生优势能力培养的对策。
