Abstract：
本研究旨在以江州区一中为例，探讨提高初中德育有效性的实践策略。通过文献综述和实证研究的方法，本文分析了初中德育的特点和目标，并总结了江州区一中在德育教育方面的实践经验。研究发现，以学生为中心、鼓励互动和参与、注重实践的德育策略对于提高初中德育有效性具有重要意义。最后，本文提出了进一步加强初中德育实践的建议，以促进学生全面发展和价值观培养。
