Abstract：

建筑工程中的渗漏问题一直是施工过程中的难题，不仅影响建筑的使用功能，还会对建筑结构造成潜在的损害，因此，防渗漏施工技术的研究与应用至关重要，本文根据笔者工作实践，结合实际工程案例，对防渗漏施工技术的重要性、常用防渗漏材料、施工技术要点及质量控制等方面进行了分析和探讨。
