    Abstract：

    在出台各种教育改革文件之后，学科核心素养也成为当下各个学科教师教学工作开展方向及重点，初中数学教师不能只是局限于数学知识讲解，反而要坚持以生为本的教育理念来对数学核心素养展开深度解读，然后再以此为目标来优化初中数学教学方法，这样才能与时俱进有效助推学生数学核心素养发展，切实提升数学教学效果。因此，本文也就初中学生数学核心素养的培养展开了实践分析，希望借此来应对初中数学教学新要求。
