    Abstract：

    在进行市政公用工程项目管理过程中，由于工程牵涉专业领域较广泛，进而其管理范围也明显较广，对管理人员专业知识水平、管理经验等要求均明显较高。在实际管理中通常存在安全问题、质量问题、成本控制问题等，均对最终施工单位收益产生严重影响。对此，本文将主要分析市政公用工程项目管理中存在的问题并以此进行原因分析，进而制定相应解决措施，旨在促使管理质量不断提升。
