伴随着物联网技术、BIM技术、大数据技术的迅猛发展，智慧工地应运而生，并在建筑工程管理中取得有目共睹的成效。通过阐述智慧工地的基本构成以及在建筑工程管理工作中的应用，探讨如何更好地应用智能工地，推动建筑行业朝着智慧化方向发展。
