Abstract：
“教育神经科学”是神经科学与教育融合发展的科学，受到教育研究者广泛关注。本文为教师专业发展中引入教育神经科学的必要性提供论证。教育神经科学为教师专业发展带来了提升专业能力、增长专业知识、深化专业情意的新机遇，同时存在着“神经神话”流行、理论与实践难以联系、教师抵触心理等挑战。为应对这些挑战，建议在教师培训中引入教育神经科学，促进研教结合，强调知行合一，以优化教师专业发展。
