Abstract：
当前社会对高职院校毕业生提出了更高的要求，需要他们不仅具备扎实的专业知识，还要具备优秀的劳动精神和实际操作能力。因此，构建适应时代需求的劳动育人新模式成了高职院校亟须解决的问题。本论文将从工匠精神视域出发，探讨如何在高职院校中构建更为科学、实用的劳动育人模式，以培养更符合社会需求的高素质劳动人才。
