    Abstract：

    数学是一门集抽象性和实用性为一体的学科，思维能力的发展是影响学生数学能力的关键因素。在初中数学教学中培养学生的思维能力不仅有助于学生的数学核心素养发展，也有助于为学生的综合素质发展和未来终身发展奠定基础。基于此，本文以人教版初中数学为例，从培养学生思维能力的基本内涵、实践意义、导向原则和具体策略四个方面展开探讨，以期为教师的教学工作提供一定参考，促进学生思维素养和数学综合素质的更好发展。
