    职业院校技能型创新人才培养势在必行。首先，要通过建立通识教育体系，打造通识能力培养路径，培养学生全面素质。其次，要实现专创融合，改革专业教学，促进学生创新创业能力的发展。最后，应建设实践平台，完善实习体系，提供硬软平台支持学生实践能力的发展，以切实推进职业院校技能型创新人才培养，为社会输送更多具备实践能力和创新精神的人才。
