Abstract：
建筑工程检验检测工作具有综合性强、专业程度高的显著特征，也有相当一部分检测工作的开展依赖于检测设备、检测人员，这也造成了部分行业内工程检测工作的开展并不尽如人意，出现了结果错误、结果代表性不足等问题，造成工程项目质量低下或者经济损失，严重的还会由此引发工程事故。目前我国建筑工程行业的检验检测工作均在专业的检测机构内进行，完善检测机构管理、提高检测工作开展质量，对于保障行业发展具有至关重要的作用。
