以地下室公共区域非承重部位分隔墙采用BM轻集料连锁砌块的施工为例，具体分析在建筑主体结构施工完毕之后的砌筑结构施工中，该BM轻集料连锁砌块在技术经济、建筑节能、综合效益分析等方面的作用，并依据该材料在施工过程中的作用及工程实践中获得的第一手真实资料，研究BM轻集料连锁砌块在未来同类工程施工中具有的优势和可借鉴意义。
