近年来,我国的性别教育不断深入,幼儿教师承担着幼儿性别平等教育的重任,而研究发现在幼儿园中仍存在幼儿教师的性别刻板印象,例如在环境创设中以及游戏设置中等等。因此研究者在本文中论述了幼儿教师性别刻板印象的成因,以及社会,幼儿园,家庭如何推进性别平等教育的对策,以期帮助幼儿建立合理的性别观念,形成健全的人格和促进幼儿的个性发展和全面发展。
