    厚植高校学生文化自信，遵循高校教育规律，把握高校学生认知特点，顺应时代发展变化，将传统文化教育融入各个环节、不同领域。以习近平文化思想为指导，运用系统思维、创新思维、辩证思维，推进中华优秀传统文化教育的系统化、形象化、终身化，在三种教育途径的有机融合中，让中华优秀传统文化扎根学生内心，融入学生血脉，文化自信油然而生。
