Abstract：
防水防渗施工是现代工民建工程中的重要环节之一，直接影响到整个工程的防水防渗性能。而建筑施工中防水防渗施工技术一般被应用在建筑工程的屋面、外墙、地下室、厨房、卫生间等施工环节，这些区域是出现渗水与漏水问题最多的地方。所以，现代建筑工程建设过程中，应针对工程特点，结合相关规定标准的要求，设计出相应的防水防渗施工方案，以此为防水防渗施工提供指导，提升整个建筑物的防水防渗性，为建筑物后续更好地使用打下坚实基础。
