Abstract：
在“双碳”目标背景下，民航业绿色发展意义重大。本文立足于国际航空碳抵消和减排机制，分析发达国家和中国航空业的双碳政策和技术，对2060年我国民航业如期实现碳中和，全面形成绿色低碳的发展格局进行路径研究与细化。通过不断改善航路、飞机结构材料、动力系统、燃油及其他技术，降低和消除航空活动的碳排放，同时完善碳交易市场，实现远期行业碳减排目标。
