Abstract：
高中阶段学生面临较大的学习等压力，容易给他们带来一些心理健康问题。目前高中生的心理健康问题虽然引起了广泛关注，但尚无完善系统来促进他们心理健康发展。因此，需要以学校为主导、家校合作、社会参与等多措并举，共同为促进他们心理健康发展为目标进行努力。
