Abstract：
思政课教师的专业素养对保障初中思政课教学质量十分重要。初中阶段是学生树立正确三观和情感态度的最佳阶段，也是学生树立是非观、责任感的最佳时期，因此，教师要充分引导学生。思政教学是培养学生爱国情怀的主阵地，思政教师应带领学生了解爱国情怀相关理论，然后引导学生从心理和行为上进行爱国主义实践。基于此，本文阐述了初中思想教育培养学生爱国情怀的重要意义和现存问题，并探讨了学生爱国情怀培养的实践策略，旨在为广大思政教师提供教学思路。
