    近些年来，社会快速发展和科技进步给学生带来更多机遇，也对德育工作提出更高要求。同时，新课程改革的推进也要求班主任根据新课程的理念和目标，调整德育工作的内容和方法，注重学生的自主性、创造性和综合素养的培养，从而全面提高学生的道德品质和综合素养，推动学生的全面发展。针对此目标，文章研讨内容括展开如下：首先明确小学阶段进行德育工作的核心地位，随后评估现阶段德育工作的不足，最后探寻新时代下小学班主任实施德育工作的有效策略。
