Abstract：
在体育教学的过程中，培养高中体育特长生是一项至关重要的教学工作。为了优化体育特长生的训练效果，需要根据各项运动的特性，针对性地设计最符合学生需求的训练计划，并注重全面的技能培训。应采用科学、高效的训练方式，结合理论与实践，充分尊重个体差异，为学生量身定制个性化的训练方案。通过深入研究高中体育特长生的训练课程、训练策略及其管理方法，提升训练效率，为培养更多杰出的体育特长生作出积极的贡献。
