Abstract：
在当前社会经济发展背景下，各个企业全面转型，对人才的要求显著提升，而这导致大学生承担着较大的就业压力。高校为了强化学生的就业竞争力，使学生顺利毕业，还需要不断探索有效手段与策略，进而才能够实现最终的发展目标。高校社会实践作为素质教育重要部分，可以实现对学生综合全面的培养与教育，进一步启发学生创新意识，保证学生的工作能力以及就业竞争力显著提升。
