构建中职药剂专业以升学为导向的培养模式的探索

Abstract：
随着我国医药行业不断转型升级，对药剂专业的学历要求有了明显的提升，本文从升学需求角度探索如何去构建以升学为导向的培养模式，首先通过调研掌握当前药剂专业的第一手资料，然后对调研结果进行分析，转变中职学校药剂专业学生的培养目标，从就业导向转为就业和升学双导向。并从人才培养方案的制定、课程标准的确立、思想观念的转变、综合素质和职业能力的提高等方面，形成有效的升学协同制度，从而构建起新的职业规划和培养模式，为中职学校教育教学改革提供新的思路。
