Abstract：
幼儿园教师作为教育领域的重要角色，承担着培养和教育孩子们的重要责任。随着社会对幼儿保教的重视和家庭对孩子教育需求的增加，幼儿园教师的专业素养备受关注。本文通过对公办幼儿园教师专业素养和蒙台梭利教育理念下的私立幼儿园教师专业素养进行比较，试图以职业胜任力为视角探索幼儿教师专业素养提升的路径。
