    校园文化建设对于学校具有深远意义，是深化学校发展，提升核心竞争力，成就一流名校的重要途径。校园文化融合了民族文化、地域文化和学校特色，是全校师生的精神力量，指引学校发展之路。完善校园文化体系，丰富“立德树人知行合一”的校园文化内涵，建立健全制度文化创新机制，优化和谐统一的环境文化，推动自主管理的行为文化建设，探索文化育人新模式。
