Abstract：
数学学科作为小学教育阶段的基础性学科，是小学生开展数学课程学习的起步阶段。所以，小学数学教师应将数学启蒙教育内容落实到细节之处，使得学生自身的学习能力与学习思维能跟随教学阶段的不断发展而逐渐成熟。因此，教师要在新课标理念下落实小学数学教学活动，在数学课堂中要侧重对学生数学能力的培养，打造高效的小学数学课堂，提高数学教学的质量，从而促进学生的综合素养的全面发展。
