Abstract：
近年来，湖南省的经济得到迅猛发展，但乡村不平衡不充分发展的现象依然较为严重，因此提高乡村发展水平、促进乡村振兴就显得尤为重要。而作为以农业为主的湖南要想打开本地特色农产品的销售渠道，达到农产品上行的目的，电子商务的助力就必然不可缺少，电子商务人才的培养也就显得尤为重要。该文在“乡村振兴”大背景下，分析了湖南乡村发展背景、湖南乡村电子商务人才需求现状及面临的问题，基于此，分析了乡村多维电子商务人才培养模式。
