针对当前高职院校教师培训中存在的培训理念忽略教师主体性、培训计划缺乏需求针对性、培训内容缺失实践参与性、培训效果忽视互动生成性等问题,明确建设高素质专业化“双师型”教师队伍的目标和主体性、针对性、实践性、生成性等原则,对应新进教师、骨干教师、双师型骨干教师构建层级式教师培训课程体系,应用“学习-互动-生成”实施模式和基于CIPP评价模型搭建成果导向的全过程评价系统,实现学校高质量发展和教师专业化成长的共赢。
