Abstract：
随着素质教育的发展，在高职院校教学过程中开展劳动教育，能够提高学生的劳动素养，以积极主动的心态面向社会，同时对学生的价值观塑造有着重要作用。但是在实际教学中，劳动教育资源开发不足以及教育缺乏系统性等问题逐渐出现，想要提高学生的劳动教育综合素质，应该不断地完善劳动教育课程，为学生的综合素质发展奠定坚实的基础。
