Abstract：
为加强教育事业发展，推进教育现代化进程，建设教育强国，党中央、国务院颁布《中国教育现代化2035》，对教育现代化建设进程作出全面系统的规划。教育变革与发展中，农村教师一直被动处于弱势地位，在面对如此复杂而快速变化的教育形势，他们更会陷入困境产生迷茫与无所适从的情况。在教育现代化的背景下，厘清农村教师面临的困境，剖析困境形成原因，找到解决困境的发展路径，为提升农村教师的现代化水平提出建议，从而更好推进我国乡村教育的发展。
