Abstract：

水利水电工程是国家和人民利益保障的基础设施，在国民经济和社会发展中起着举足轻重的作用。对改善人们的生存环境、提高人们的生活质量具有重要意义。在水利水电项目的建设中，施工管理是保证项目顺利进行的重要环节，且涉及到各个环节。在工程建设中，应加强工程建设的管理，提高工程建设效率，保证工程建设质量。
