    Abstract：

    在高职院校的教育学专业教学实践中，积极探索分层教学模式的开发和应用，能兼顾学生在课程学习方面的差异性，使学生对教育学课程知识进行系统的学习和探究，从而提高学生对课程知识的综合学习体验和感悟，使学生的学习能力得到系统性的优化。本文从高职院校教育学专业人才培养工作入手，针对分层教学模式的建构和应用进行了系统的探究，旨在能凸显分层教学的价值和效能，全面提高学生的专业素养，使学生的综合素质得到有效的训练，保障专业教学活动的效能得到系统性的优化。
