Abstract：
随着信息技术的快速发展，中职学生面临着广泛且多样的网络信息资源，而培养其健康的网络阅读习惯和信息素养已成为一项紧迫的任务。通过调查和分析中职学生的网络阅读行为，本研究不仅揭示了他们更偏向于网络阅读的趋势，还发现了浅阅读和信息质量不足的问题。为了有效应对这些问题，论文提出了一系列针对性的对策，包括培养深度阅读兴趣、搭建绿色网络阅读环境、加强网络安全意识等。通过对策的综合实施，中职学生将能够更好地利用网络资源，培养健康的网络阅读习惯和提升信息素养，为未来的职业和学术发展打下坚实基础。
