Abstract：
建筑工程施工过程里，通过工程造价全过程的管控能够对质量管理模式起到有效的调整并且可以减少施工支出，促使造价质量得到全方位的提升。然而以现实情况来看，在施工全过程造价管控推行的过程里通常会被众多因素所影响，由此便会造成预算编制不科学等问题的出现。所以，本文展开相应的分析，对工程造价全过程管控予以研究，期望可以减少工程造价并能够带来相应的借鉴。
