    Abstract：

    《数学课程标准》指出：数学课程应致力于实现义务教育阶段的培养目标，使得人人都能获得良好的数学教育，不同的人在数学上得到不同的发展，逐步形成适应终身发展需要的核心素养。这就要求学校教育重视学生的个性差异，需要教师在教学中从实际出发，针对学生的共同特点和个别差异，采取分层教学，因材施教，而探索形成一定的分层教学模式，有助于更好的指导教师开展分层教学活动，发展学生的核心素养。
