Abstract：
伴随着时间的推移，市场经济已经发生了很大的变化，同时也给企业的发展造成了很大的影响，企业的文化与企业的基础工作密不可分。在新的时代背景下，如果要使企业能够长期、持续地发展，从而提升企业的市场竞争能力，那么就一定要把基层党建工作进行好，在国有企业中，应该将党的所有方针政策都贯彻执行下去，并对企业的文化进行强化。文章对如何进行企业文化建设中的基层党建工作进行了详细的论述，以期为各个大企业的发展策略的制定起到一定的借鉴作用。
