随着信息与网络的发展，互联网时代与大数据时代成了国有企业智慧政工工作研究背景。智慧政工随着社会背景与时代发展要求应运而生，以智慧政工的发展为依托，不断加强国有企业的思想政治教育工作，积极利用现代科学技术与智能技术的红利，开启智慧政工模式，充分利用并发挥其灵活性与创新性，让思想政治教育工作更有效，为国有企业改革升级提供内核动力。
