    红色文化传承是社会主义精神文化建设的重要内容，革命纪念馆是其主要载体，具有搜集、储存中国共产党历史遗存和宣传功能，同时还延续了红色文化生命，不仅具有物质层面的功能，还有精神方面的意义，对于历史保存、政治教育、人才培养、激励和弘扬爱国文化等方面都非常重要。本文将我馆近年的发展实践作为基础，就新时期红色纪念馆的功能构建、创新、责任担当、发展以及社会作用等相关方面来探讨。
