    Abstract：

    潮汐车道对解决在时间分布上不均匀的交通供需矛盾有较好的效果。本文以合肥市望江西路潮汐车道设计为例，通过对现状交通调查分析、潮汐车道设置条件分析，引出潮汐车道设置方案，并对设计要点进行阐述。望江西路潮汐车道运行后，早晚高峰拥堵情况得到了显著的缓解。
