    Abstract：

    过去的土地及房产测量基本是借助人工测绘方式完成，不但会耗费很多人力及时间，还无法确保测量成果的精度。基于信息化测绘技术的产生及运用，可以避免传统人工测绘过程中的问题，极大地增强测量效率及质量。文章对信息化测绘技术的概念及优势进行了分析，探讨了该项技术的运用方法，希望可以为相关人士提供参考。
