    生态环境是人类生存和发展的基本条件,是经济、社会发展的基础.保护和建设好生态环境,实施可持续发展战略,是我国现代化建设中必须坚持的一项基本国策.甘肃省舟曲县作为地质灾害多发区,而且又在2010年8月发生特大泥石流灾害,生态环境发生巨大变化,及时的进行生态环境质量研究,评估灾害造成的生态环境影响,对于科学救灾,合理恢复重建具有重要意义.
