    伴随着我国城市建设的不断扩张,建筑行业也步入了全新的发展历程.作为建筑工程项目中的重要组成部分,土建工程施工程序繁杂,工程量大,涉及参建人员数量多,为了保证土建工程项目的顺利开展,就必须要在管理方面入手,加强技术管理,保证各种施工技术在土建施工中可以得到有效的落实,达到提升土建工程项目施工效果的最终目的.
