    Abstract：

    近年来由于城市的快速发展和排水基础设施不完善导致城市频繁出现内涝问题,海绵城市是一种新型的雨洪管理理念,通过海绵城市设计手段可以有效解决城市内涝生态环境问题.本文通过对海绵城市理念以及设计方式的研究,探讨在居住区规划设计中引入海绵城市的理念,通过海绵城市技术设计手段创造更好的宜居环境.
