    Abstract：

    随着我国社会经济的快速发展,人们生活水平也随之大幅提高,在房屋建筑中防渗漏的施工技术也日趋成熟.但是在房屋建筑中,施工的渗漏问题是房屋建筑的质量通病,特别是墙体、厨卫以及窗户.房屋的施工问题严重影响大众的日常生活质量.所以,在房屋建筑中,必须要将防渗漏技术合理应用,竭力提高房屋建筑的防水施工质量.本文将着重对于房屋建筑中防渗漏施工技术的应用进行综合分析.
