    在建筑行业不断发展的背景下,建筑工程施工规模越来越大,建筑质量问题也引起了社会各界的高度关注,渗漏作为建筑工程施工中普遍存在的一大质量问题,其对建筑工程造成的危害是非常大的,因此,必须在施工中做好对渗漏问题的预防和处理,尤其要注重对外墙渗漏的防控,这样才能为建筑工程的整体建设质量提供保障.
