以玻化微珠为轻骨料,水泥与工业胶为胶粘剂,同时掺加粉煤灰、纤维及外加剂,通过加压形成轻质保温材料.在单因素实验的基础上系统研究了压制压力、胶粘剂用量、粉煤灰及纤维用量等参数对保温材料密度及抗折抗压性能的影响,进而确定了成型参数的配比范围,为该类型保温材料的制备提供了基础.
