    EPC工程总承包集设计、采购、施工于一体的管理模式,业主向总承包单位转移工程实施风险的同时,也给了总承包单位创造价值和获取利润的机会,要求总承包单位具有较强的综合管理能力.本文简单介绍EPC发展历程及时代背景,通过工程实例,总结设计管理注意事项,分享设计管理经验,希望能够通过加强设计管理实现项目建设效益.
