    Abstract：

    城市化进程的步伐不断加大,使得城市建设以及绿化工程占用了大量的土地资源,地面土地资源紧张,很大程度上促使了人们开始对城市地下空间进行利用及开发.但是近些年来,城市地下空间的开发利用问题日益显现,并使得城市地下空间的开发变得困难重重,BIM技术的产生和应用,为解决城市地下空间的开发利用提供了多方面的可能性.基于此,本文通过对BIM技术在城市地下空间开发的利用进行了简要的分析,以供参考.
