    Abstract：

    当前,房建施工质量管控已经成为房建工程建设效果的决定性因素.而因房建施工工序繁杂,加之人为、环境等影响因素的存在,致使房建施工质量管控受到较大限制,需借助科学对策来强化房建施工管控水平.本文立足于施工质量管控影响因素的分析,并提出优化房建施工质量管控的优化对策.
