    在当前的时代背景 下,我国为提升租赁住房的供应,缓解现阶段的住房供需问题,积极建立符合需求的购租并举的住房体系,加强集体建设用地租赁住房建设,以满足时代发展需求.本文以合肥市为例,深入分析其集体建设用地租赁住房选址,探索相关的配套设施政策,为我国解决住房供需矛盾奠定良好的基础,以供参考.
