    随着经济的快速发展,社会在不断的进步,近年来我国城镇化和工业化发展步伐不断加快,在这种新形势下,给土地资源的开发、运用和管理工作带来了较大的挑战.由于现有的土地工程建设工作无法有效的满足现代土地资源的开发需求,因此需要重视土地工程的建设工作,以此来全面提高土地资源开发利用能力,更好的推动我国城镇化和经济的健康有序发展.
